On A Personal Note...
I am the youngest of six and grew up in a loving family who taught me the importance of honesty and hard work. We moved from Oklahoma when I was very young and I “grew up” in the beautiful town of Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. A week after graduating I married my best friend, Eric, whom I met in Germany while student teaching at Ramstein Air Force Base. We have lived all over the world during Eric’s 20 year Air Force career. Eric’s final assignment was at Gunter Air Force Base in Montgomery. He retired from the Air Force and began his second career in 2005; but we enjoyed living in Alabama so much, we decided to stay.
Our pride and joy is our daughter Shelley. We homeschooled her from preschool thru high school. She is an articulate, vivacious, lovely young woman who wants to help others. She is currently attending ministry school.
Family time is extremely important to me, but in light of current events, I am sacrificing much of that time to help save our nation. My family stands with me in this cause and together we have invested countless hours and resources in the cause. We hope that you, too, are invested in winning the fight. The future of all our families depends on our united efforts!
